BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in the loss of your deposit, as we’re often unable to fill appointments at such short notice.

Please note that late arrivals may not always be accommodated. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible — we may need to reschedule your appointment.
